Where to Find Longer Meditations
If you'd like to do some longer meditations with a little bit of guidance, we've got lots of options!

Adjustable Durations
Most meditations in the Singles and Sleep sections of the app have adjustable times with options of 30 to 60 minutes on many and a few even have a 90 minute option. Here's how to adjust it:
- Open Singles or Sleep.
- Choose a meditation.
- Tap the number of minutes that shows on the screen.
- Scroll to see the options and tap the one you want to use.
