Mark Content as Favorites

You can save your favorite Happier Meditation app contents for easy access by tapping the heart ♡ icon.

  • Individual lessons (video + meditation) from a Course, but not the entire Course.
  • Individual meditations from the Singles section of the app, but not a whole collection in the Singles tab.
  • Individual meditations from the Sleep section of the app.
  • Individual podcast or talk episodes from the Podcasts section of the app.

Android

  • Tap the heart ♡ icon to mark something as a favorite.
  • Tap the heart ♡ icon again to unfavorite it.

Where to Find Your Favorites

  • Your favorite content from the entire app is in your profile.
    • Tap the Profile icon at the top of the screen.
    • Scroll down and tap Favorites.
  • Or, scroll to the bottom of your Home screen and tap the All Favorites box to see favorite content from the entire app.
  • There's a folder in the Singles section of your app with all your favorite single guided meditations.

Apple 

There are two ways to favorite a meditation

  • If there's a ♡ icon to the right of the Play button:
    • Tap it to Favorite a meditation.
    • Tap it again to Unfavorite the meditation.
  • If there's no ♡ icon next to the Play button:
    • Tap the menu button (which looks like this ⋯) in the upper, right corner of the screen.
    • Tap Add to Favorites in the menu that pops up.

Where to Find Your Favorites

  • Tap the Profile icon at the top of the screen.
  • Tap Favorites.
