Mark Content as Favorites
You can save your favorite Happier Meditation app contents for easy access by tapping the heart ♡ icon.
- Individual lessons (video + meditation) from a Course, but not the entire Course.
- Individual meditations from the Singles section of the app, but not a whole collection in the Singles tab.
- Individual meditations from the Sleep section of the app.
- Individual podcast or talk episodes from the Podcasts section of the app.

Android
- Tap the heart ♡ icon to mark something as a favorite.
- Tap the heart ♡ icon again to unfavorite it.
Where to Find Your Favorites
- Your favorite content from the entire app is in your profile.
- Tap the Profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Scroll down and tap Favorites.
- Or, scroll to the bottom of your Home screen and tap the All Favorites box to see favorite content from the entire app.
- There's a folder in the Singles section of your app with all your favorite single guided meditations.
Apple
There are two ways to favorite a meditation
- If there's a ♡ icon to the right of the Play button:
- Tap it to Favorite a meditation.
- Tap it again to Unfavorite the meditation.
- If there's no ♡ icon next to the Play button:
- Tap the menu button (which looks like this ⋯) in the upper, right corner of the screen.
- Tap Add to Favorites in the menu that pops up.
Where to Find Your Favorites
- Tap the Profile icon at the top of the screen.
- Tap Favorites.
