Meditation: The Fear and Freedom of Aging


Aging brings all kinds of challenges, from physical to mental, from those we learn in our culture to those we create all by ourselves. And there are so many positives to aging! Sometimes the positives don't get explored enough and this meditation is a practice to support your experience of and attitude towards your own aging process. Try repeating the meditation over time to keep exploring the constant change of your body and mind and the growth you're experiencing. With practice, this has the potential to bring some ease and resilience — maybe even happiness — to growing older.
